We have said it millions of times before, but the key to healthy glowing skin is hydration. Chamomile tea is known for it’s relaxing properties, and as stress does affect your skin it is perfect for calming your skin as well as your mind. It has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, so it is particularly beneficial for those with sensitive skin prone to irritation.
