IF YOU FIND THAT ONE OF OUR PRODUCTS IS UNSUITABLE FOR YOUR SKIN,  RETURN IT TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS FOR A FULL REFUND.

If you would like to return or exchange any product under our 30 day satisfaction guarantee, please email our Customer Service team on support@baiebotanique.com for return instructions and address.

Please do not return to our office address as this will incur an additional charge for us to have it sent to the correct location to be processed.
 
      TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. Original or return mailing costs are not refundable.
  2. Please use a tracked returns method as we do not take responsibility for lost in transit packages.
  3. Guarantee may only be used once per product and once per order, i.e. if you order our Rose Renew Serum, you can return it once for a refund or exchange under the Guarantee.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days following receipt of your package. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within 14 day of receipt.
  5. This guarantee is valid for consumers and is not valid for business purchasers.
  6. This guarantee is not valid on orders of more than one of an individual item, i.e. do not purchase an item in bulk until you have tried the product and know that you are happy with it. Bulk orders are shipped with no return privileges.
  7. If you purchased your product from another retailer, please return it to them.
  8. Excludes Gift Sets, Trial sizes, and non-cosmetic products such as Muslin Cloths which are covered by our standard Returns Policy.
