As the weather is getting warmer, people tend to enjoy eating lighter and cleaner. Here at Baie Botanique we believe that the cleaner the better when it comes to food! We like to fuel our bodies with the best possible ingredients. It seems to be easier to grab a ready meal but if you plan ahead and follow these tips you can eat clean more easily and cook up delicious and nutritious meals in no time at all.
MAKE SIMPLE SWITCHES
The easiest things you can do are the little things throughout your day to eat cleaner. Try not using sugar in your tea and try switching regular tea to organic green tea, peppermint or one of the other health-promoting herbal teas. Instead of indulging in processed sweets, try a few squares of organic dark chocolate as it’s much better for your body and contains good antioxidants.
